one of my Students was victim of a robber that pointed him with a knife,my dare devil student applied Ikkajo or Ikkyo technique and followed with knee on elbow joint.Resulting in the bad fellow getting is elbow cracked after that he just went is way.Maybe one good fighter of MMA or Thai Boxing could not do the same.For the record that student of mine never learned free sparring with me so...

@papalegua6 My point is in real fight you cant catch punches as shown in video, maybe in a clinch position provided the opponent is not a fighter.
