Then in that case, no one can sell their creations if it is made out of something that another company made, that's like a company that sells ink suing a publishing company because the books that sold were printed using their ink. and ALL second hand stores would be closed down and against the law, and if whenever you were done with a game and you sell it to him, that would be illegal. With 3D printers it's possible to make more sophisticated and well finished portables out of old home consoles... It's possible to make something that would look and feel like an official Nintendo product for example...
