Seeing this brings back many memories. My mother and I used to share the love for Neil Diamond's songwriting and music, and saw this movie together in the theatre. My mom is no longer with us, but watching this brings tears to my eyes and great memories of listening to his albums with her. I'll be a Neil Diamond fan until the day I die. Thanks so much for posting!

I watched this movie no less than 5 times.. and my favourite songs in it are 'Hello' and 'Love on the Rocks'. I've tried looking for the DVD everywhere but no luck so far..
I do have the Soundtrack of the movie though :)

@1998disco72 Pssst!! It's only a film..really it is..it's made up, in the same way that MOST of hollywood is made up; and Steven Seagal really isn't a one man world policeman..make believe...honestly.

THIS WAS A GREAT MOVIE AND AN EVEN BETTER TUNE. WHAT'S IRONIC 'BOUT THIS TUNE/MOVIE IS THAT I WAS DATING THIS GIRL AND SHE WANTED TO SEE ONE MOVIE AND I WANTED TO SEE "THE JAZZ SINGER". WE SAW THE JS BUT AFTER THE MOVIE NOT EACH OTHER...LMAO.

shocked by my own thought that he noticed the change in my expression
and asked in a concerned manner, are you OK? I said, Oh yes..I just thought
of something..it's no big deal...I lied! Now we have 2 Shepherds, Jazz and
Journey...29 years and counting! ESP perhaps!
