@wallsonly1 The MyTouch 4G uses a Torx T5 screwdriver and a small Phillips screwdriver (#00).

@tinglepoop I would suggest watching the video very closely to see if you can find the clear piece somewhere.
The issue with your keypad can be caused by a few things - If the housing screws are tightened too much it can cause pressure on the buttons and force them in a down position, causing a safe reboot screen, etc. Or the buttons/button flex is not aligned properly. This is just simply disassembling to that point and re adjusting the alignment.

what size is the flat screw driver, i am having trouble finding one at the stores. i ordered the t-6, i thought the flat would be easy to find!

@USAlien234 We suggest 3M adhesive. It is available at RepairsUniverse (dot) com. A guide for applying adhesive can be found in our channel under the name "Touch Screen Assembly Guide".
