@stephanerdman im generally a shy and reserved guy,i have a girlfriend at college and we have kept our relationship low key,but now we are coming towards the end of the year,and my girl feels i dont even talk to her properly. she'll be standing with a big group of her friends who are mostly girls and i feel very intimidated to go talk to her,so i usually walk away from there, please provide a solution for me :)

Hey stephan, I really love your videos. I would say I'm a relatively confident guy, but about a year ago I used to be so negative and have really low confidence. Anyways I realised myself that my negative outlook wasn't helping and basically turned things round. I have good looks but I'm still so rubbish around girls, especially attractive ones. I get kinda tense, I can talk to them but I just don't "flow" if you know what i mean? My mind seems to go out of sync. Any tips? Thanks :-)
