I cannot believe how childish most of you people are, you are pointing out oppinions, not facts, you do not know how to spell, and all of you that try to insult others need to grow up. Some of this is Parkour, some is Freerunning. Get used to it, and just because its not all parkour doesnt mean someone is an idiot. I like the way you did this tospap, but some of it is not parkour and it does not teach us anything. But i like the way you did it because it shows ppl have to be shown, Idiots.

@kittcpur3 flips are freerunning. the first vault is a flip. try thinking before you call someone an idiot, it makes you look like a total fool. parkour is a way to move from point 'A' to point 'B' as fast as posable, flips slow you down therefor yes flips are not parkour.

@tonidugavu Learn how to spell bro, then learn what opinion is, i like the music, just because you may like rap/pop/heavy mettal/punk or whatever you like doesnt mean everyone else must like it. Yes the video is sketchy at best, it does not teach you how to do parkour, but its better if you go out and learn on your own, thats how i learned and i am very good at it.
