That was Bill Lawrence as the maintenance guy tearing down the "Goodbye J.D." sign. It's kind of interesting that he's the last one to talk to J.D., seeing as he's the series creator. I think it's kind of like Bill was saying goodbye to the fans and the show. Either way, great finale.

im gonna miss scrubs so much. JD, turk, dr cox, carla, elliot, todd, the janitor, dr kelso, tedd were all part of my life now. I know its wierd but seeing them everyday made me happy. I wish i cud meet people like this in real life. Will never forget scrubs. Best show ever. thumbs up if u agree

My favorite finale to any show EVER!
Scrubs was the best, I remember catching the new episodes while I was working at McDanolds. I would always take my break during the premiere of the new episode.
Also, in the end, I wonder why they didn't show Ben (who passed away in season 3.) But also, Lawrence did not want Season 9 to be Season 9 of Scrubs. He was simply going to call the show "Scrubs Med." It was ABC who wanted it to be the 9th season.
