I use Fraps to record (My game resolution is 1920*1080. Then I use VirtualDub to compress with the XviD codec and reduce the resolution to 1280*720 [Since that's the best format to submit to YouTube] (I forgot to reduce resolution on the Raven's Point video and uploaded it as 1920*1080; that's why the quality is a tiny bit worse)
