@jerseyking456 Have you tried aloe vera juice? I had the same problem with my first set of locs and I have been using aloe vera juice (you can get it at the health food store) mixed with water daily and it is great. I also use Nature's Blessing on my scalp and just started using some Taliah Waajid protective mist spray that i used as a loose natural and it seems to be doing well. It makes my hair relly soft, but I only use it after I wash my hair. I hope this helps.

I'm kind of in love with your videos. I may as well get that out of the way first. Second, how do you lock your roots up? I've been doing the root-roll and it's been pretty unhelpful xD

@chescaleigh Hmm: update, didn't have a rat thingy and didn't like how the up-do suited my face but I did something that combined some flat-twists like you did on your newest vid plus a fake bang. If I get some good photos I'll definitely post on the fb wall - i'm a locstar, baby!
