Grilling for Zombies

This is an instructional video on grilling as taught by zombies. In it, we demonstrate how to grill a beef heart. What - you thought the undead would grill a steak?

That said, the recipe would work just swell for leaner cuts of meat such as flank steak.

We are avid followers of BBQ Guru Steven Raichlen and demonstrate a number of techniques we learned from his books on grilling.

The actual grilling is done on a Big Green Egg.
