What winter LOOKS like!

READ: Live where it's warm? This is what winter looks like in Chicago - Dec 08' ! It's nuts ! We have a complete ice covering and no one can get anywhere. I have been pulling my neighbors out with a tow strap because the streets here curve downward toward the curb for irragation. Cars park along the curbs here on the streets, not everyone has a garage. The little downward curve is impossible to climb when its covered in ice so I help them out with the tow strap. I stopped at this intersection because I slid through the stop sign, luckily no other card where present when I did!
