Salmon should be pink. You can always make sure it's cooked by using a cooking thermometer.

i don' mean to be rude but if it is "organic salmon" it has to be farm raised which is really bad idea to eat! Other wise must be wild salmon which is not organic... whatever! I don't give a damn...thanks for the video!
