Carmelia D. Van Horn (Carm) gives instructions on how to do a variation of a bicep curl. This exercise is a half (lower) bicep curl with an external, lateral rotation into an inverted fly. You will use dumbbells to work your biceps, triceps, rotator cuff, and deltoids.
