Je pense que vous avez oublié le grand Aouita Said qui détenait cinq records du monde champion olympique et champion du monde sur 5000m imbattable sur les distances du 800m au 10000 m pendant quatre ans ,trois fois gagnant du grand prix et deux fois meilleur sportif de la planète.Toute proportion gardé Aouita reste de loin le meilleur coureur de la planète.

In fact, Hicham El Guerrouj is the best middle distance runner of all time. The world records in 1500 meters, mile, and 2000 meters have not been broken in a very long time. Of course Hicham is the best Moroccan runner in the world! YAY!!!

@Rogerio34567 actually he's not... thats a midfoot strike, ask any biomechancs expert to look at his footstrike and they will all say midfoot. there are also photos of him in his running phase and at no point does his heel make contact before anything.
