  • ok question time lol...1. my plant is 4weeks in flowering and dont stink AT ALL, but look awesome!! whats the deal there? is it cause i got my head in there 10 times a day and dont notice? 2. And is it true mirrors soak up light instead of reflecting it? cause i got mirrors on 3 out of 4 walls, seems to work ok but i read somewhere that mirrors soak up light and i would be better off with a MATT WHITE paint(not gloss) is this true? hope ya can help happy tokin!!!

  • @shady691 It could be that you are gradually getting used to the smell as it increases with maturity. It could be that the strain you are growing does not have a strong smell. This is not uncommon and has no bearing on the quality of the finished and cured herb. As for mirrors, yes they reflect light. go outside on a sunny day with a mirror and try to reflect the suns light. Pretty darn bright. So bright you can start a fire. Mirrors reflect at specific angles, white defuses the light

  • If i were in the 4th week of flower would it be a bad idea to prune? Lets say the lower branches have flowers on them already. Would it still be optimal to prune the lower branches?

  • @Truthhurts3pm it is fine to prune off branches in the 4th week if you believe those branches are not going to yield anything but larf. It's better to get this done before flowering so the plant can use that energy to create big buds instead of little ones lower on the plant that won't end up filling in

  • wait so how do you know which ones to cut? im not sure if i caught that in the video and ive been tryin to make sure i know everything so i get the best possible. and btw your videos are amazing and thanks for all your help man its much appreciated

  • @viglotti221 unfortunately its kind of a judgement call and takes a bit of experimenting to figure out which branches to remove. The idea is that by removing some of the lower branches the plants can redirect energy to the branches you want to keep. Decide which tops you want to keep and remove the others.

  • Not enough info on pruneing.

  • It s allright if u grow yall know this already.nice setup tho

  • @Truthhurts3pm not optimal ive done late prune lollipop what ever and half of the girls hermed so so great idea i done it had to ive i very small grow area

  • So old school. I auto fem with LED, and 64 days later the colas are perfect, ready for cutting, drying, and curing. 18 x 6 or 12 x 12 lighting to force flowering is, well, obsolete. Stop vaping enough to catch up!

  • @shady691 Seems a little too young to have a strong dank smell especially if you are growing mostly-sativa strain. Some strains just don't smell that dank. No worries though, you will end up with tasty buds.

    Matte White 85% reflection

    Mylar 95-98% reflection

I use 1" thick 4x8 poly insulation that comes with Mylar attached to 1 side. This serves 2 functions. 1, a good pebbled reflection and the other, they don't show heat when seen through a FLIR heat camera.

    Good growing!! :)

  • Nicely done. Professional. Thanks.

  • @MarijuanaGrowersHQ haha thanks for reply..but the last week STUNK the house out bad lol
