Quest: Bruma Gate. All you have to do is talk to Captain Burd in Bruma and close the gate. Because Burd cannot die, he will always be with you throughout the gate. It's not much different from the other gates or the Kvatch gate, just the outside is different.

The Quest Allies For Bruma is important to the main quest because once you help each of these citys close the oblivion gates near them, they will send guards to help keep Martin alive at a certain point.(each gate will take like 30 minutes, you just gotta figure out the puzzle and close it.)
