Working the bag. Just focusing on form and technique not really speed or power. Attached the red ball "the opponent" from Ringside to work a little defense too. This the end of my work out so a little tired.

  • bag is too small

  • I actually prefer smaller bags because they move a lot. Your opponent is not going to stand still, you need to practice hitting an object that will give you various distances and angles.

  • What a great idea.

i never thought of using a smaller bag in the way you use it, BRILLIANT!!!

    i might consider gettin a smaller bag=]

  • Glad I could help.

  • Since you're looking for feedback....I'd put more power and speed into your workout. Hit like you're hitting an opponent. Technique all looks pretty decent and I'm sure you know that, but you're not gonna get fighting fit training like that.

    kickboxer73: u shud get a dikshunairy. Muppet.

  • was not working power or speed just form.

Hi, what is that orange ball called? I would like to add that to my punch bag, too.

  • good stile, good technick... but red bag hits you to many times. You would be KO allmost 3 times. If you train technick, try to look at theese. The rest... perfect.

  • its called muay thai music u dumbass

  • this is called slow motherfucking training

  • what is the music on the background??LOL

  • Are upercut heavy bags just as good as normal heavy bags for full range of kicks, punches, knees? Because with the upercut style ones you can upercut whereas normal ones you cant.
