In honor of all the writers participating in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), here's our take on things we can do to procrastinate. However, despite all that procrastination, the authors in this video still manage to get a book written every now and then. Actually, we've written 200+ books to date. We invite you to drop by our web sites to learn more about us and our books.

  • Next to the "get to know Ted Dekker" video I saved to my computer, this is the most inspiring video out there. Thanks so much!

(Now I want to play in the rain...)

  • @JinxSharpieMarkers Thanks for the feedback. Delighted that you found it so inspiring. And playing in the rain is always fun (and wet!). Robin

  • This video is actually one of the things that REALLY made me want to write and I watch it over and over just to get motivated :)

  • @777Tellme So glad you not only enjoy the video but that you are motivated by it. It's great to know that something we had fun making has been enjoyed by others! Robin Lee Hatcher

  • Aaaand I'm back. Ignoring the terrible prose in the three chapters I crammed in last night, ignoring the utter cheesiness of the end of my novel, ignoring the fact that I'm using all of this to pretend I don't want to cry every time I think about the end of the book I've worked on for a year and the death of a character who has come so very far since the beginning...

Heehee, I'll just watch this video again and write pointlessly long comments.

  • This is well done and really sweet! Thank you for posting.

  • Ladies! You are amazingly entertaining!

  • For me (I write historical romance), it's: "Well, I have writer's block. I'll just watch Pride & Prejudice for the bazillionth time."

    Great video :)

  • I loved it, hilarious!! :) I'd have to add time spent "marketing" on Facebook! :)

  • All this and Spider Solitaire and looking to see if the mail's arrived. Even when it already has. Hilarious!
