Applying Guerlain Kohl

Old video, but I'm terribly camera shy, so this is a quiet one!

The kohl I used is by Guerlain and the shade is Blue.

Makeup: Stila Oil-Free foundation in A, Laura Mercier Crushed Hazelnut blush, Shu Uemura ME eyeshadows in 945 and 850, Dior Maximeyes mascara, and Chanel Glossimer in Sesame.

The song in the background is Indica Linnansa Vanki.

I just have a quick question, i noticed in your description box that you used Stila Oil free foundation...what do you think about it? Your skin is soooooooo beautiful, that's probably why it works for you and not for me :( coz i have blemishes. do you have any suggestions for a flawless application?

Hey there!! Aww nonsense girl I'm sure you do it great!! =D Omg are you kidding? My skin sucks =( Lots of acne marks, discoloration, and redness. To be completely honest.. I liked Stila Oil-Free but the coverage was not enough for me. I just bought Makeup Forever Face & Body which has buildable coverage and I think I will love it more. Also, the Stila has a very thick texture.. I would def recommend using a foundation brush to apply and MAC Fix+ to set, it makes the skin look so glowy! HTH! =)

my Finnish is very bad but thank you! I know most people don't know, or rather, have never even seen how to traditionally apply the kohl. I actually learned from my friend who applies it like this everyday! so I thought a video would help. I wish more people listened to Finnish music, I'm absolutely addicted, such great artists

Hi! Love the video, andyour techniques! My best friend sent me the video, thinking that it was me in it! She thinks we look crazy alike, but I think you're cuter.

Anyhow, my question is this: I've tried looking for the ME 945 from Shu Uemura, but can't find it. Is there a similar shade/consistancy from Shu or Dior,Chanel, etc that I could get and get the same result? I so want to learn that whole look. Thanks very much!

The ME 945 is indeed discontinued, however, it was replaced with the ME 850, which is extremely similar, I just prefer the finish and texture of 945. I ration that eyeshadow though because I don't know what I will do with myself once I finish it! It's so beautiful =( Hope that helps hun! =D

omg i can do that really easily its not that hard just stick it at the outer corner of your top waterliner close your eye almost all the way and then go back and forth

Girl, you are beautiful, but if I may suggest something, you should pull so hard on the lower part of your eyes. Just seeing you do it made me cringe, it's really bad for you and in no time you will see your skin all pulled down. I used to do it and now I regret it so much.
