Taken from the first and perhaps greatest TV show to combine music with a situation comedy about family life, here is one in a series of many "re-edited" Partridge Family music videos - in STEREO and often with bonus footage from that episode.

  • Hello, I wanted to Thank you for putting this song out there for me to find. I have missed it so much through the years, I have sung it all along, it's my go-to song when I am down. Thank you again.

  • You're most welcome, swfllady.

  • I still remembered all the words and sang a long! Not bad for a 48 y.o. geezer. ;-)

  • Thank you. I'm really hating my job right now and feeling really down. This song picked me up better than Paxil ever could! "I'll leave myself a little time to go a different way." Thank youl.

  • Great song! I usually play this song more than once when I play the CD. The lyrics are just great. A real "pick-me-up" tune. I also always liked the moral message in this episode.

  • My absolute favorite PF song. Like so many posters, I find myself singing this song a lot. Ah, such warm fuzzy memories! I hope I have been able to give my children a little piece of those. My 17 yo just bought "I think i love you" for his iPod! It's right next to his AC/DC and Foreigner :)

  • hehe know all the word to every at the age of 14 XD not bad :P

    BTW nice work XD

  • Where's the other half?!!!!!

  • Hey, why is this only half the song???

  • @cmulwee001 ummmmm everyone knows this...its filed under "Common Knowledge"

  • I realize every generation "remembers when" and claims "their times" as the best - but for those of us lucky enough to grow up in the late 60's - early 70's -- we know those times truly were the best. You could leave the house in the morning, play all day with your friends, come in "when the street lights came on" - grab a bath, put on your pj's, and watch the Partridge Family and the Brady Bunch. Man oh man life was good! What a shame kids these days will never know such innocence.
