Wow...you are amazing! I truly believe slow and steady wins the race; and you are proof! I am not starting my lifestyle change, and I am limiting my calories to 1900 calories per day. I want to lose at least 2 lbs per week. I have never counted calories, because I always thought it would be too restrictive. I now know that it gives you much more variety and is a more realistic approach. I have done the low-carb diet, but would hate it after a week. Good luck to you!

funny, I am been doing the samething exactly, down from 299 to 247... in 6 month. Slow but steady, I am doing 2100 calories a day. Keep up the good work, Funny thing is, I look to youtube for the motivation. Thank you

Hi! At 300+ lbs I think I must of been eating between 3000-4000 calories aday?
