No it isn't:
The engine is a adapted DAF/Renault 1289cc engine, with a Gordini head, & intake, and spaghetti exhaust. Also the Variomatic is adapted and reinforced for rallying.

There's one of these 4 sale in Germany at the moment. Wouldn't mind getting it for the wife as she can only drive an automatic.
