Iran Says It Will Allow in U.N. Inspectors

Iran now says it will allow United Nations nuclear inspectors to examine its newly revealed uranium enrichment facility -- but it did not say when those inspections would take place. (Sept. 27)

Of course they would build them near cities, that's the practical thing to do if they wanted the facilities to power the cities. Or isn't Iran allowed to do that? The only thing "sick" here, is your desire for not letting countries develop without suspecting it's for military purposes.

The US is trying to prevent new countries from gaining nukes. Nuclear weapons actually make life safer. There hasnt been a nuclear or non nuclear war between 2 nuclear armed countries. Ever.
