@AzureFaint For multi-core processor, remove your processor affinity from first core. To do this, Run Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit then alt+tab out of the game. Load task manager. Right click NFS11.exe and set affinity to all cores except first. Press ok. When first core disabled, set affinity back to all cores. When done - all cores will function properly for this game.

@SwiftHDX my friend has an Acer Gaming Pc with Core I7 and a ATI Graphics card ( I think its one of the newest ones) and he just can play the games at only 10-15fps more than me, and i have a custom gaming pc, Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 and Nvidia 9500GT so I think ATI is bad... And another friend has a ATI Radeon 4670 and he can't play oblivion right, the graphics card always crashes

hey, i have a dual core pc wid 2 gb ram and nvidia palit processor geforce 9500gt 1GB. The game plays smooth with very few hicks..! and average fps is 27..! soon i'll upload a video

@AmirNaeemChaudry This was recorded with the lowest settings possible (apart from the resolution) and it still lagged like hell. I've upgraded my PC now so running it at full res and quality at a smooth framerate is not a problem at all.
