Thanks for both the e-book and this video. I'm excited to see what fitness level I can achieve. I'm only on Level 2 as I just started. Do you recommend any specific breathing, like inhale on the way down and out on the way up, or just breathe normally?

I've been reading a bit about the importance of doing full pushups which involves locking out the elbows. I've been doing them with the inside of the elbows pointing forward and it does feel better (and harder to do)

Are pushups better than weight lifting? Because it works your arms too but isn't it also help to improve your chest muscle?
