This is the kind of leadership that has been missing from wwe now. i remember watchin a video about the austin incident and wrestlers and krew on the back quite panic with the situation. Then The Rock step up and take the lead from there (even though for not too long). The speech was epic. Vince, I dont think WWE will go anywhere with Cena as your main guy. The company need someone with the caliber of Austin/The Rock to lead the company back the prime era it used to be.
