@Aaron518, the answer is not to stop eating fish. The answer is to for humans to wake up and stop allowing money hungry losers to run our countries. Industry is killing us. Fish lower on the food chain like sardines or young trout should be less likely to have a build up of mercury. Wild Alaskan Salmon is supposedly one of the fish that has low levels of mercury.

@evenbrown Farmed salmon is not good for you! Not only that but it destroys the environment they are placed in. Stay safe and stick with the real stuff, WILD :) farmed salmon has so many toxins in it. Perhaps you should go to the doctors to check your toxin levels it would be very interesting to know whats going on when people eat too much of it.

WILD salmon is a short lived fish and is very healthy for you the mercury levels are not like those of other fish like tuna. FARMED salmon is NOT healthy for you, it has more fat, toxins, antibiotics, and is actually GREY but they dye it pink. Be safe, stick with WILD :) not only will you feel better but you will look much younger too.

I'm a commercial fisherman from alaska, I prolly don't eat enough salmon to notice anti-aging but I have noticed growth in my hair and nails afew days after having salmon. My personal favorite is just a simple salmon dish... I mix roughly half & half real mayo and ketcup + Tiny dash of pepper in a bowl. glaze on just to cover salmon completely. cook however you like tell carmalised and i like to serve with rice with soysauce oh and don't forget the sweet pickle :P

why nt just let nature take its course? we all get old at some point., drink water, exercise, eat reasonably and u'll survive... thinking abt age and appearance is wat makes one look older in the first place. all this talk abt eating this and that, making people buy book and all... beats me! All this thing abt aging depends on the geographic location of the land and the kind of foods they eat... u cnt help were u come from and the kind of food that exists. Wild alaskan salmon... i beg ur pardon!

Salmon is a low food chain fish eating mostly algae and krill so it's completelly free of toxins, especially from Alaska.

schmarly - I watched your video. A bit of advice...you may or may not have some good points or good arguments, but that video was one of the most unconvincing pieces of garbage Iv'e ever seen. if you truly believe in farmed salmon, make something that will sell your side better, because you are doing damage to your cause with that video. Do they feed those fish veggie pellets and raise their Omega-6 counts in those farms?
It has omega 3 or fish oil is also great!

I thought this guy was all anti toxins and stuff,yet here he's telling you to eat two meals of salmon a DAY for 30 days straight? What about all that toxic Mercury in the fish you're gonna be packing into your body by doing that? The FDA recommends eating no more than 2 fish meals a week ,but he's telling you to eat 6x that for a whole month. Way to contradict yourself.
