This is yet another hypnosis video in my confidence series. It's a visualization for losing weight intended for people who feel like they are eating unhealthy and want to get into better eating habits so they can obtain their goal weight. I also give a lot of tips & tricks that anyone can use, even if you're not intending to lose weight at all.

i love your confidence series, shows you have a big heart, as people have seen on my vids I have a problem with depression and self harm etc, so its a really really good gesture your doing for people.

This video cracked me up because every bad behavior I have and popped into my head, you would say "don't do (etc)" immediately after I thought it!
