I was there this past Thursday, the rib tips were out of this world. The rub was top notch along with the sauce yet....mmmmm!

I watched an episode the other day were this guy made sausages but didn't use casings. He rolled the meat into a corn husk like a tamale. Does anyone know which show that was as I would like to get the seasoning recipe and make some myself that way. Thanks.
