@lederereddy This is the tired ass pastcals wager, how about this for Fact, Jesus never said he was god ever in the Bible, FACT! Jesus never said anything about the Trinity in the Bible, Fact. Almost all the times Jesus references himself as son of God or God being his father, he than tells his followers God is their his father. Fact the trinity is a the construct and Dogma created centuries after Jesus Death. Jesus tells you, your deeds matter but nothing about believing he is God.

@FatLingon I do not disagree with your statement but have you seen the atheists who do gather once a week and a community center or something with their families and sing songs and talk about their atheism, Ive seen those and maybe thats why they started that argument that its just a religion, or if this arguments predates news programs showing those families, it is I guess atheist who missed singing songs the community of like minded people who share the lack of belief or something no clue.

@lederereddy Lacking a belief is as much a belief as OFF is a tv-channel.

Atheism is a position on one SINGLE issue(lack of belief in God/Gods) and not a set of beliefs. Now, I think the root of the confusion lies in that most/all Atheists have other beliefs, but those beliefs are not part of the single position of Atheism.

Most Atheists here on youtube reject all supernatural things. While my sister believes in ghosts & souls, yet rejects the notion of a God, thus, she qualifies as a Atheist.
