meh, community owned team with leadership that was perfectly fine with just showing up for 30 years.
That era has been over for most of the past decade. Not just the team but the whole province has changed into a place with a strong yes we can attitude.
Since 2005 SK has 50 reg season wins, CGY 49, Toronto 39, and Hamilton, the reigning worst team 21 wins.

@damikester2 The Riders Merch sales alone keeps the CFL alive. Wherever Riders play the stadium has big patches of fans in it. Can't say that for any other team.
