I heard somewhere that the oils in capsules are not absorbed properly, is this true? I do use Aimega

We frequently run disintegration tests on our gelatin capsules and they typically dissolve in less than 15 minutes. With this being the case there should be little or no difference in oil absorption from a softgel versus a liquid.
