i blame phillips and garrett equally. garrett gives up on the running game way too easily. tony romo is not held accountable when he makes stupid plays. the team is not held accountable when they commit 13 penalties against a terrible chiefs team.
the team is undisciplined and unprepared to play mistake free football. wade phillips would rather be the players friends and have everyone like him than be a respected hard ass. the boys can't win with wade.

dude, not for nothing, but you're looking at this all the wrong way... The defense has been stout, the Offense has hung them out to dry twice, vs. Giants and Denver...
in KC, the refs nearly beat us but the Chiefs never had a chance.
