This was in Chiang Mai, in a very quiet back street. These pancakes are delicious. The best we had were always made by Bangladeshi guys, So are these pancakes really originally from Thailand?

The dough (roti) is Indian but adding banana to it is a Thailand desert.

Thanks for your answer! :) I discovered it since, by going in Malaysia where I further investigated, and had great roti chanai, whic has the same dough. But These Thai ones will remain my favorites I think!...
