"Special Vaccine Court", which means a court created under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act; which in turn means that the trial is overseen by a special court of appeals and you don't have the right to a jury.

Realize? I never denied a vaccine could cause a death, nor would any scientist. Allergic reactions can occur due to anything. somewhere along the line someone is bound to be allergic to something in a vaccine.

If it was caused by the vaccine there WOULD be ways to tell. We know what mercury poisoning and infections by assorted viruses look like as well as where they strike. It IS just circumstantial. Kids were dying for unexplained reasons throughout history prior to the advent of modern vaxes.

Hence, the medical profession literally gets away with killing babies on a regular basis, and not even doctors realise the mayhem and disorder vaccines cause. To them. it's all just a "coincidence," or "circumstancial evidence." Brilliant cop-out! .

At least you realsie that vaccines sometimes kill babies. Soon, you may even realise that coroners (mis-)diagnose 99% of vaccine-related deaths as "cot deats" or "SIDS, " simply because in most cases it's impossible to tell from an autopsy whether or not a vaccine was to blame.

Incorrect, yet again. Researchers take careful notice when a child drops dead after a vaccine. Fact is it is going to happen, and no scientist would say that a vaccine is 100% safe. The difference is that they do not jump to conclusions simply based on proximity of events. They need actual evidence, as was the case with RotaTeq.

None ar as blind as those who don't want to see. Vaxers could literally trip over a child who's just dropped dead after a vaccination and they'd still refer to as a coincidence or "anecdotal evidence." Because "everyone knows that vaccines are safe", it couldn't possibly have been the vaccine.
