One of the most important recommendations by John Conyers in his 487 page recent report "Reining In The Imperial Presidency" was to extend the statute of limitations on the crimes of Bush and Cheney, to allow a fair opportunity for them to be actually investigated by a real prosecutor.

What is "truly is ridiculous and a frivoulous" are your comments Ms. Chairman. What I see is you approving and encouraging behaviour such as Mr. Bertuzzi in Nueces County. I am sickened by what I have seen in the County-level and the State-level. I applaud Ms. Cahill on her endeavor and I can tell you that she is not alone in the charges she states about the Republican Party leaders.
