I will not buy these tires again. Bad controllability and back drive. To get stuck in snow is very easy!

@krypekeeper, Generals only go up to 225/60/16 and price out at $110 while the XI2 for the same size run at $130 listed cost. I bought mine 235/60/16s at $130 a tire with some haggling but after instal and warranty it was $150 per. So far I love my XI2s!

Michelin X-Ice2 seems to have better performed overall in all tests... notably when turning and slipping... better than others ( which is what the commentator says is where we tend to have an accident) . But other tires were better than the Michelin in certain specific areas ( The Nokian was better at straight acceleration) . All tires were impressive, but "overall" Michelin was better according to him.

the Michelin tyres are good because my cousin , only travelled with it during 9 years he made lost of kms.

je t´adore Michelin pour toujours. J´ai fais beaucoup de Kms avec toi et je tá ia pas oublié. Tu reste dans mon coeur Français.
True or not, they are saying that on all condition tested the X-ice would be the best, especially in curves where most accident occurs. They also stated that they would last longer. Oh well, worth to by tried I think.
