Suplove is essentially a family business - not all blood related but linked by a consuming love of Stand Up Paddle (SUP). We are not a big company but we have a big heart. Our goal at Suplove is to share the love and joy of Stand Up Paddling with Everyone, Everywhere.
Suplove began life as Sydney Australia's first accredited Stand Up Paddle training company. We were the first company accredited by the Acadamy of Surf Instructors (ASI) and the only company with every trainer individually accredited by ASI.
We strongly believe that ongoing training and skills development is the best way to get the most out of your SUP experience. Suplove powers Manly and Pittwater Stand Up Paddle Schools in Sydney and our first southern California Stand Up Paddle School is in the works.
The crew at Suplove noticed that there was a lack of organised community for the growing SUP legion and we commenced the Suplove Facebook Page to offer a forum for people interested in Stand Up Paddle. During the course of our training programs we have come in contact with hundreds of people who love Stand Up Paddle and we noticed the following things:
• the number of people who had purchased a board that was not the right size for them. The wrong board can make your SUP experience pretty miserable or inhibit your skills progression.
• A lack of support for people who had never purchased a board or ridden a SUP. What to look for? Where to train? How to use a SUP board safely.
• The market contains many poor quality boards that are heavy, hard to maneuver, lack stability and cost a bucket load of money.
So where are Suplove at now?
The obvious progression for Suplove was into board and paddle design and manufacture and creating a equipment that would enhance the SUP experience for everyone who rode it - from novice to experienced surfer.
Suplove own a small manufacturing facility producing only Suplove Stand Up Paddle boards. We hand shape every single Suplove board. This set up is unique and mostly unheard of in the SUP industry.
Our boards are beautiful, light and strong. We will help you get the right size board for you. We give a free lesson with every board purchase and offer an unconditional 12 month manufacturer's warranty, against manufacturing defects.
