This films so awesome, theres nothing like Gremlins cus its got its moments of comedy, yet horror and sum real gud scary moments too, this scene is awesome.

@Johnlindsey289 Yes, i know. This scene and the infamous heart ripping scene in Temple of Doom caused a lot of controversy back then, which led to the creation of the PG-13 rating.

Indeed and did you know this movie with Indiana Jones 2 caused controversy in 1984 as parents were upset on how violent these movies were? MPAA created PG-13 with Red Dawn being the first movie to be rated that. The microwave scene still beats the silly use of violence with a microwave on Idle Hands, Last House on The Left 2009 or Microwave Massacre.
