@Juancilra Looking at a country by it's religion, and by it's scientific stature isn't enough. You have America, which is quite high scientifically, but also quite high religiously. BUT, most of the scientists doing the work are atheists.

@PrincessTS01 I'm an atheist, but I wonder if this is true. Is scientific illiteracy highest in the regions where organized religion is stronger? I doubt it. A lot of people, even secular middle class people, are not scientifically oriented. Some are not into education, some are into education, but focus on humanities. Basically, Americans don't like to force their kids to do hard mental work.

The America's scientific illiteracy is because of Christian misinformation, the people are being misled by lies of "false gods" created by mankind.

I'm curious where Canada falls on the "Believes in Evolution" chart. I can't imagine we'd be as low as the US...well maybe eastern Canada...lol.
