2000 Mercedes-Benz S500 0-60

i got it in less then 6 seconds. not bad performance from a 2000 benz isnt it?

Do you have any mods on the vehicle?? Seems alot faster than all the other 0-60 videos ive seen for this model.

i think its because most people have AMG rims, they might be a little bit lighter, but since they are bigger in diameter, it slows down 0-60 times. but not by much. only 0.1-0.3 seconds

hahaha. that was me. it was an accident. i had the camera on the wheel and when i tapped the breaks a bit i didnt even realize i was doing it until i saw the replay. haha. ;P also the window was open so you guys could hear the engine, the car is pretty quiet from the inside.

That is VERY good for a 2000 S-class. Im timing about 5.5 sec (which is on par with the current w221 S550's performance).

Take care of your Benz, maybe it'll last you another 10 years :)

lol was it even warmed up? temp shows under 80C. and yeah, tiptronic is annoying, dont use it
