1) God thinks that a good test of loyalty is to ask Abraham to kill his child.

2) Abraham agrees.

3) Christians think God is good and Abraham is a good example of a believer.

@LORDFAMOUSTAR Unfortunately doubt and reasoning are an integral part of how we think. Without it we are blind followers to the first claim we hear. If we are to ever come close to any form of truth, all possibilities and explanations must be weighed against each other and the most likely cause deduced through a systematic process. @DamienZshadow .well thank you for reading..taking the time to do so...I am convinced jesus died ....and heaven and hell exist...life and death exist ...and the bible is alive and it exist they were the first believers....GOD and the son jesus and the holyspirit is three in one ..you must believe everything that is being said....without doubting ,reasoning ,argument quarreling,we must yield to GOD command.if you read ..romans 5 ,JESUS demonstrated and was out seek his mission for the impossible

@LORDFAMOUSTAR Thanks, I do appreciate the thought. I am currently unconvinced any deity is there let alone your own but I'll continue to be as open to the possibilities as I can. Granted, I can honestly say that at face value without verification that it is even true, your God's methods appear both indirect and inappropriate. I mean no offense to your convictions or faith but stories like these do not do well to his character.

@LORDFAMOUSTAR Well I've asked out loud again and heard nothing. Unfortunately, Romans 10:8-13 says I must believe that God resurrected Jesus but unfortunately I have a tough time believing that. I am not trying to be a disbeliever, I just don't see how that could happen after 3 days. It seems rather fantastic in my honest opinion so I would be a liar to say that I believed it. I do however want nothing more than the truth and to know and understand this beautiful universe and myself.
