Yes you can get this game in english.

Dude....it's Disgaea. I think people get it by now. If not, then they need to slowly back away from the game box.

So yes, I would believe their advertising would mention that.

This isn't official, thats why you can't find it. You can tell because most of the text is in Japanese and I highly doubt they will advertise their game with "Stupid hard levels!"
