A huge hawk devours a squirrel outside on the north campus, of the ohio state university.

@jacksettle you're right it is an immature red tail hawk. The prominant "Red tails" do not come in until they are mature. usually accompanied with only one sold band of lack and a white tip. I lived in Ohio and went to school at OSU and red tails are all over the place around campus.
