try adding a little butter to it after adding the green onions, let the butter melt while you stir it and....no lie, it's heaven

@TheLFM17 ..........add peas/carrots, mix. Add green onions last......continue to add salt/pepper as you go suiting to your taste!!! It's very important that you either try to find the caramel sauce (sometimes called coconut thin sauce or coconut caramel or THICK SOY SAUCE..............but it IS NOT soy sauce !!!!! do not, i repeat do not ever put in soy sauce in the cooking process, it will make the rice soggy and too salty!!!!! only add afterwards suited to your taste!!! good luck.....

to make perfect fried rice,,you need to prepare some cool rice means rice that you put at freezer about 1 hour.
