Beckie: *comes downstairs* morning dad
Joe: morning. I made pancakes.
Beckie: thanks *sits down and starts to eat*
Joe: so I was thinking, since your grounded, maybe you can help me, Nick and Kev with some band stuff.
Beckie: do I really have a choice?
Joe: *smiles* nope
Beckie: *sighs* fine then

*couple hours later*
*Nick and Beckie are in the music room*
Nick: so Becks, I hear your gonna help us out with our music
Beckie: *smiles* yup
Nick: *big grin* great!
Beckie: I guess.. *phone rings* its Alex!
Nick: *smile fades* I thought you were grounded. No calls.
Beckie: my dad doesn’t have to know about this, right?
Nick: *sighs* right.
*PHONE CONVERSATION*
Beckie: hey alex!
Alex: hey becks
Beckie: whats up?
Alex: just wondering if you wanted to hang out
Beckie: sorry I cant, im grounded
Alex: oww. Well maybe you can sneak out
Beckie: cant. My dad has his brothers watching me
Nick: *kinda hurt cause he thought they were hanging out*
Alex: well, okay. Ill talk to you later. Bye!
Beckie: bye! *hangs up*
*END OF PHONE CONVERSATION*
Beckie: so what are we doing?
Nick: wring songs. Practicing them. normal stuff.
Beckie: sounds fun.
Nick: yeah, sure it does. *walks out*
Beckie: *follows him* whats up Nick?
Nick: *sarcastic* nothing. Just go sneak out to meet Alex. Its not like I want to actually hang out with you.
Beckie: what are you talking about?
Nick: I kow you don’t wanna be here with me. So just go!
Beckie: of course I wanna be with you! You’re my best friend!
Nick: THEN WHY ARENT YOU ACTING LIKE IT!?
*Joe and Kevin walk in*
Joe: Hey! Whats going on in here!?
Nick & Beckie: *glaring at each other* NOTHING!
Kevin: it sure looks like that
Nick: no, its nothing! *walks out the house and slams the door*
Beckie: *runs upstairs and slams her bedroom door*
