If you play in Treasure Hunter mode, do you have to recollect all the treasures you got while playing through normally?

@Voldo04 Thank you.. and now I feel a complete dumbass but how do you access Treasure Hunter mode? Last time I played this was about two years ago and all I have are saves I don't recognise, ARGH!
