Any idea what type of body used to sit on the frame? With the wide front tires and long frame, kinda looks like it was a heavy flat bed or a mixer.

An 87 with a 2 stroke? I thought starting in 87 that only the Series 60 Detroit engine was available in highway trucks. Maybe I was wrong. Regardless a nice truck; by the way, what is the hood ornament?
