Dr. Polak, asked for the second time in Vienna, March 10th-13th, 2008
(the first occasion was in New Orleans at the DPA Conference), however, in Vienna Dr. Polak again possed his question, ' How do you reconcile the fact that in Amsterdam the Netherlands, any adult aged over 18 years, can legally enter a Coffee-Shop an buy some cannabis and either smoke it there within the Coffee-Shop, or take the cannabis home.'
He continued,' it must be a problem for you that with our leberal drug laws in Holland, yet we have very low numbers of our your people starting to smoke cannabis. How do you 'reconcile' this aspect which, is contrary to the thinking that supports Prohibition'.
