They call me Something!

The drive back to Austin from Houston was sweltering. The heat was intensified by my decision to leave the A/C off and the windows rolled up - the ninety horses under the hood of my Geo Metro could either bring me to freeway speeds or cool me, but not both simultaneously. After several decaminutes of fiddling with the boom box on the passenger seat, I finally managed to get it to crackle out something other than country music and religious ranting. The Sun's rays overwhelmed my eyes and shone all the way to the back of my skull... back to some dark, unused corner of my mind where Spriggan-like neurons awoke and engulfed me. Naturally I had to capture the rare moment on "film". Moments of insanity are to be cherished like sunsets. In substitute of the ephemeral beauty of the shattered spectrum across the sky we are given profound and often hilarious moments of je ne sais quoi that provoke even the strongest censor among us to utter "WTF?!" followed by confused giggling...
